TO PROCLAIM THE FAVORABLE YEAR OF THE LORD

"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord has anointed me to
bring good news to the afflicted. He sent me to bind up the broken hearted and
to proclaim liberty to the captives and freedom to the prisoners. To proclaim
the favorable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God and to
comfort all who mourn. To grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland
instead of ashes. The oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise
instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called Oaks of righteousness,
the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. Then these people will
rebuild the ancient ruins. They will raise up the former devastations and they
will repair the ruined cities, the desolations of many generations. Strangers
will stand and pastor your flocks and foreigners will be your farmers and vine
dressers. But you will be called the priests of the Lord, you will be spoken of
as ministers of our God. You'll eat the wealth of nations and in their riches
you will boast. Instead of your shame, you will have a double portion. And
instead of humiliation, they will shout for joy over their portion. Therefore
they will possess a double portion in their land and ever lasting joy will be
theirs."

PROPHESYING THE FAVORABLE YEAR OF THE LORD

There is one particular part of this passage which is verse 2 which I want to
prophesy to you this moment. "To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord
and the day of vengeance of our God." I want to say to you that I believe
the Lord is saying to you this evening that this next 12 months will be a year
of unprecedented, unparalleled favor of God upon your life. That this next 12
months will be a year unlike any other year you have ever had in your whole
existence. It will be a year of unprecedented, unparalleled favor of God. Where
you will have favor in every single area of your life.

WHAT ARE YOU SIGHING ABOUT NOW?
================================
We talked this afternoon about what are you sighing about now because that
indicates what God is going to do next. Let me tell you now, your relationship
with God is going to go off the graph, off the charts in the next 12 months.
Whatever it is that you need, whatever it is that you want from God, whatever it
is that you want out of your relationship with God, the Lord is saying, "I
have opened the highway in front of you, you can go as far and as fast and as
high and as fast as you want to go because there are absolutely no restrictions
in front of you."
Whatever it is that God has called you to, whatever
it is that your ministry involvement is with the Holy Spirit, you should know
that in your ministry-- in your calling, there is an anointing of God upon you
that will take you into places that you have never even dreamed that you would
be going physically or spiritually. There is an anointing that God has set aside
for your ministry and your calling that will be outrageous when you compare it
to what you have right now.

UNPARALLELED AND UNPRECEDENTED
==============================
This is a year of unprecedented, unparalleled, favor of God. This is a year when
the anointing on your church will experientially increase. This is a year of
corporate anointing so profound that it will be sometimes like an open heaven in
your meetings. The Lord says whatever you can do to get together and
collectively dream about together, you wouldn't even hit the mark of what God
has really got planned for you.
This is a year of unprecedented, unparalleled, favor
of God. It's a year of God's favor on your family, it's a year of favor on your
marriage. Let me tell you right now, whatever marriage difficulties you are
having, the Lord is saying to you, this year if you believe, He will reconnect
you. And it will be like it was in the beginning. The romance, the love, the
favor, the kindness. For your marriage, a year of unprecedented favor. For your
kids a year of unprecedented favor of God upon your family. It's a year when the
prodigals will return. When God is going to reach out as you pray, as you
believe, as you come and as you put their names on the alter of God, and say,
Lord, please this year. It'll be a year when God will begin to touch the hearts
of children who are far away from Him. And He will begin to move in upon their
hearts. And I tell you, He will pursue them like the hound of heaven. There is
no escape from the mercy and the glory of God. It doesn't matter how far they
go, how far they fallen, and where they are. The Lord is saying this is a year
of unprecedented, unparalleled, favor upon your family. And not just your
immediate family, but your family line. Whatever curses have been upon your
family can be removed this year.

EVEN IF AMERICA EXPERIENCES AN ECONOMIC DOWNTURN? YOU WILL EXPERIENCE THE
OPPOSITE!
===========================================
It's a year of unprecedented, unparalleled, favor of God. Just in your jobs, if
you've ever been passed over for promotion. If you've ever not made a raise, if
you're finding it difficult to make sales, the Lord is saying to you, This is a
year of unprecedented, unparalleled, favor of God. That when you go out to make
deals, pray for the favor of God. And you pray for your company that the favor
of God will be upon them. It doesn't matter what economic down-turn America is
going to experience, you are going to experience the opposite. Pray for your
company, pray for your business because this is a year of unprecedented,
unparalleled, favor of God. Because you see, you are the people of God and you
get to prosper when other people are not. That's how everyone knows that the
favor of God is upon you. Because they may be subject to the economic vagaries
of life, but we are not because we are the people of God and we are living in
the favor of God.
There's prosperity in your jobs, in your finances
and the Lord says this is the year to give like you've never given before. And
He will give to you pressed down, shaken together and running over. Beloved,
it's not like after 12 months, the tap is going to turn off. This 12 months is
catch up time. We should have been living here all along. We've given up on
things, we've stopped praying about things, we've stopped expecting God, we've
stopped believing God for things. This is a year when we are playing catch up.
It's not like after 12 months it's going to stop, it's going to continue. This
whole 12 months is about you getting back on track with where you should always
have been living.

FROM THE 20TH OF JULY, 2001 AND ONWARD
=======================================
So what's the day? The date today is Friday, the 20th of July, 2001. So from
this night, the 20th of July, 2001, right through to the 19th of July, 2002,
this is a year of unprecedented, unparalleled, favor of God. Favor upon favor,
upon favor, upon favor, upon favor, upon favor, upon favor, upon favor, upon
favor, upon favor, favor, upon favor, upon favor, upon favor, upon favor, upon
favor, upon favor, upon favor, favor, upon favor, upon favor, upon favor, upon
favor. So much favor, so much favor that you will not be able to contain it. It
will spill out unto your family. It will spill out into your business. It'll
spill out into your employment. It'll spill out into your community. And
everyone who walks around you will get an over- spill of favor in their life.
Hey, well guess what? It's also about vengeance. It's also about a day of vengeance. 365 days of vengeance, cause God is going to break the yoke this year. He's going to turn, let me tell you right now, the favor of God upon you will cause you to come into such a place with God that you will get revenge on the enemy for everything he has ever done. Listen. You know, personally, I would make a list. I would make a list. Cause I want pay-back for everything. I want payback with interest, thank you very much.
You know God will turn your captivity into a
ministry. Whatever your struggles have been, there is a spirit of breakthrough
this year. Whatever your past history, this is a year of jubilee. This is a year
of breakthrough. This is a year when you will break out, you'll break in, you'll
break through. On the right hand and on the left. Whatever has oppressed your
family will be broken. Wherever you've been a victim, God will make you a hero
in that very same area. This is revenge, big time.

THIS YEAR, PROPHECIES TO BE RESTORED . . . FULFILLED
====================================================
Whatever previous prophecies have been spoken over you the Lord says to you,
"This year, take those words back because the answer is still yes!"
God will restore what the locust has eaten, God will restore what the enemy has
stolen.
This is a year of revenge, a year of pay-back on the enemy. It's also for many of us in those things, the beginning of a new ministry. From this date, 20th of July through to the 19th of July, 12 months hence, this is a year of unprecedented, unparalleled, favor of God. Where there will be grace upon grace, upon grace, upon grace, upon grace, upon grace, upon grace, upon grace, upon grace upon us. Because in this year you are going to understand what the nature of God really is like.
Beloved, this is a holy moment. You don't want to
waste this time. I tell you something, if you're stupid, it will be possible for
you to go through this year and not experience a tenth of what God wants to give
you. You need to take this word 365 days, not just the next few weeks. Don't let
go of this word. You know, we've wasted opportunities in the past.

GET REVENGE WITH THE ENEMY IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS
=======================================================
This is a year designed to get you back on track with God. So if I were you, if
you were really sensible, you would make adjustments really early on. Get
revenge in the next couple of months. Get yourself totally sorted out in the
next two months. Then you got ten months after that to enjoy what God's going to
do with you. Don't wait. I'm serious. I'm as serious as a heart attack, don't
wait. Don't wait. Don't treat this lightly or casually. Go to war with it. Every
single day, think "favor". Every single day! Every single situation
you come in, you go into it saying, "Father, I know I have favor in these
circumstances, what should I do?" Every single thing, every single day, for
the next twelve months, until it gets into your mind, this is the way you should
be living. Until you are so soaked in the spirituality of this you cannot
change. Until your mind set is so set on the favor and goodness of God, it is
impossible for you to be any different.
That's what this year is all about. It's a year when
you can have your mind totally renewed. And you live in the awesome fear of God
every day for the rest of your life. Now you need to be diligent and give
yourself to this. Again, if you're sensible, get in groups, get in groups of
friends, families get together. Encourage each other, chide each other. Don't
let each other drop below a level of favor. Keep on and on and on and on until
the blessing is so great you've got to keep giving it away. But even then don't
stop, keep pressing in, keep pressing in, keep pressing in, because there is
territory to gain.

THIS IS ABOUT YOUR HOUSE
========================
This is not just about you, this is about your community. This is about you
being so chock full of favor in your household that people out in the street are
going to get the overflow. This is about your house, this is about your house
being so full of the presence of God that people are going to knock on your door
and ask for help. There is an overflow. You're going to win the hearts of your
enemies, you're going to win the hearts of people around you. This is about you
being so full of the blessing of God, your whole community gets touched.
This is a year of unprecedented, unparalleled, favor of God. When you will become a people of promise and the promise here in this passage is that you will have a garland instead of ashes. See life won't taste like dust in your mouth. There will be a fragrance there. You will have the oil of gladness for mourning. What does that mean? It means you'll never be miserable again. It means there is an oil of gladness upon you. It's a glad heart, a glad eye, a glad ear. You're a person of glad tidings, people are glad to see you. It means there is a mantle of praise for the spirit of heaviness. What does that mean? It means whatever oppressive spirit is over you or over your community, you're going to replace it with the mantle of praise.
Also it means that you're going to be an oak of
righteousness that's planted by the Lord in that community and people are going
to come and congregate under your shade. It means that other people will bless
you abundantly. It means that you will be called priests and ministers of God.
It means that the prosperity that God flows on you, you will be able to use for
Kingdom purposes. It means you'll have a double portion where there was once
shame. It means there are going to be days when you just shout for sheer joy of
what God is doing. It means you'll have a double portion in the land. What does
that mean? It means you've got a double portion in your community. That God is
going to have an investment in your community.

IT'S GOING TO BE JOY EVERLASTING!
=================================
This joy that you have is not going to be transient, it's going to be
everlasting. You know, because I'll tell you, some of us need to be trained to
be joyful. That's true. I'll tell you, some of us find it so easy to be flippin'
miserable. And God is going to train you to be joyful. But you've got to realize
that this joy is everlasting because God is the happiest person I have ever met
in my entire life. And what that means is, it doesn't matter what the enemy
throws at us, we just stand there and grin. Because we know something he doesn't
know. We are fighting a good fight and we ain't losing.
See, you're going to get this new testimony about the nature of God. The yoke is going to snap through the anointing. And because of all of that a spirit of restoration will be upon you. And you will rebuild ancient ruins. You'll raise up devastated areas.
You know what that means for us back home? It means
we walk through neighborhoods that have been devastated and blighted by crime.
We have seen the crime rate drop. We do drive-by blessings through that
neighborhood. I'll tell you, we walk around the city with a vial of oil. We are
like some kind of charismatic cats. We're marking territory every where we go.
We're spraying this thing every where. If I see a piece of waste ground, it
makes me snarl, so I go over there and I mark that territory and I walk all
around it and I pray, "Please God, build a factory here." I write to
companies in South Hampton and I say, "You know, If you will take up this
piece of land and build an extension to your premises, God will bless you with
contracts you never thought you could get." I write to them all. They all
think I am weird, but I don't care. But you know what? Some of them have called
and said what do you mean? I said I am serious, God hates unemployment. If you
will take that piece of ground and build an addition to your factory premises,
He will make sure you will get enough business to easily fill it. And those guys
have gone for it. These are non- Christians, and their testimony is, we've got
contracts we didn't even go for. People call us up and say what do you tender
for this contract?

THE PLACES I DON'T LIKE . . . I CLOSE THEM DOWN!
================================================
Strange things are happening. I walk all around the area. The places I don't
like, I close them down. I go up to sex shops in the middle of the night and I
mark them with oil and I curse them. I walk around places. Why? Because there is
only one territorial Spirit and His name is Jesus. You see God is the one true
great original territorial Spirit. ... He marked out their territory from the
Euphrates down to the Great Sea, from this mountain range to this plane. What is
that? That is a territorial Spirit in action.
The enemy is just a copy. Our Youth Church, Sublime, their nick name for the enemy is Xerox because all he ever does is make a copy of everything. He can't do anything original because he can't create. He has no power to create. Our God is the one true great territorial Spirit. Check out the inheritance He gave to Israel, to the tribes. Extremely detailed. That's a territorial Spirit in action. Yeah. The enemy is just a copy. We walk around our community, we spray it with oil and we pray. We've seen the crime rate drop and we've seen unemployment drop. We're seeing now the money come in from central government, coming in to repaint subdivisions that are totally run down. We've seen amazing things happen.
In one city in the north of England, 20,000 Christians got together in one area and totally spruced up the whole place. And while they were there, the 20,000 Christians, there was not one single crime committed. And in the five months since then, not one single crime has been committed in that region. We are the people of God, time for us to behave like it.
God's going to reinvest in your community. Whatever breakthrough you need to receive personally, you'll be able to move in it personally and corporately because this is a year of unprecedented, unparalleled, favor of God upon your life. See, in all of that, what's going to happen? This is what will happen, when you give yourself to this for the next 365 days, continuously, a spirit of revival will come upon you. You see, all around the earth, such favor is flowing out of heaven to the body of Christ. And this favor is going to stir up the spirit of revival to produce that end time prototype of church.
There is a favor upon us to bring us into line with
the purposes of God. Favor to re-clothe us in the greatness of God, in the
majesty and supremacy of the Lord Jesus Christ so that we can take our place on
the front line in our community, in our society and do it happily with a grin
because we are fighting a good fight here. In all of that we are going to
rebuild the waste places. We're going to rebuild the ruined cities. There will
be no "no-go" areas for the church. No where is safe from a blessing.
No one is safe from a blessing where we are concerned because we know how to
live in unprecedented, unparalleled, favor of God.

I TELL YOU . . . WARFARE IS COMING!
===================================
Now I tell you beloved, warfare is coming. Now understand this, the enemy is
going to contest the ground and that's okay because God is going to allow that
for the express purpose of you coming into your own spirit of victory. The enemy
will contest the ground but he won't be able to take any ground because you're
reclaiming all the territory that should belong to you. So when the enemy fights
against you, you've got favor to get revenge. And if you stand, if you press in,
you'll get it. That's why it's better to fight in groups, eh? The favor of God
will hold up your arms so that we prevail against the enemy.
We are going to raise up in this time spiritual
warriors who've got favor with God. And your warfare will no longer be concerned
to simply fight and survive. But you will become a people strong enough to take
ground back. I'll tell you now, you're inheritance is forming over your heads.
And it is going to form in your hearts because heaven is coming down. There are
going to be some hard battles ahead, but you'll face them with joy because the
favor of God is going to guarantee a victory the likes of which you've never
seen.

THE YEAR OF YOUR RISING
=======================
This is the year of your rising. This is a year of unprecedented, unparalleled,
favor of God. This year, you are supposed to take ground, personally and
corporately. If you will give yourself to this, there will be a divine
acceleration that will take place. As you learn to stand and press in with your
friends, this year will take on shape. And as you believe and as you make room
for favor to live in your heart, as you cooperate fully with the Holy Spirit,
you will be radically changed into another man and another woman. Because, what
God is doing--He is raising up ordinary people who are going to be involved with
an extraordinary God.
This year will begin in supplication, but it will end in declaration of all that God has done. And all that declaration is going to lead you into a place of proclamation against the enemy. Now we can't proclaim from this present place. We can make supplication, but the days are going to change us. And we're going to find ourselves maybe spending less time in supplication and more time in declaration. More time proclaiming to the enemy. The favor has come to get us off our knees and into the front lines with a shout of praise on our lips.
This is the year when God is going to train you for
reigning. You can stop hanging about in the back of the church and come to the
forefront of the battle because we have this joy of unprecedented favor upon us.
And I'll tell you if you will submit to the purposes of God, if you will make
every adjustment required by the Holy Spirit, there will be unprecedented,
unparalleled, favor in your life. A quickening spirit will take hold of you.

A TIME LIKE NEHEMIAH
====================
Beloved, this cannot just be a casual response. This is a time like you read of
in Nehemiah, chanter 8, after the rebuilding of the walls of Jerusalem. When
everyone came together in the presence of God and they stood in the rain and
they listened to the word of God and wept and God moved upon them. This is such
a time as that. This is a time like unto the dedication of the temple in I
kings, chapter 8, when the presence of God filled the house and no one could
stand. When the last thing you heard before you became unconscious was the sound
of the drummer falling through his kit. This is a year like unto that. This is a
time like unto that. This is a time like unto the day of Pentecost. This is that
kind of a time. This is that kind of a holy moment.
Take advantage. Take advantage of the grace of God.
Take advantage of the grace of God that is being offered to you. This is a year
of unprecedented, unparalleled, favor of God. So, beloved, this is a holy
moment. Don't treat this casually. Watch over this word strategically. What must
we do? If you consider that this word, that the Holy Spirit is saying to your
heart, "This is right, this is for you." You have to go for it with
all of your heart. And you have to go for it every single day for 12 months. And
there will come a time when you forget about the 12 months because you are in it
and you are living it and you are doing it and that is the whole point of it.
Set your stall out to receive it. You personally, your family, your wife, your
kids and your church. Don't go for this in measure, go for it in fullness. Go
over the top, go overboard. You are allowed. Work out your own framework of
response. Don't deviate, every day, hit the favor. Take the full measure of
revenge.

THE FAVOR, THE STRONGEST IN THE DAY OF TROUBLE
===============================================
Every family must have a spirit of break through and learn together how to abide
in the favor of the Lord. In our friendships, encourage and support one another.
Don't settle for anything less than fullness. And some times you'll need to
bully one another. And don't you dare settle for anything less, okay? I'll tell
you, the favor will be strongest in the days of trouble and opposition. Because
the enemy is going to attack you over this, he is going to contest the ground.
But I tell you now, the favor will be the strongest in the day of trouble. So
when things look black, get all your friends around and pray.
There was one particular church I prophesied this
word to and there was one family in that church that was so dysfunctional,
husband and two sons, wife and two daughters, girls always sick, guys always out
of work. Never enough money, debts piling up, antagonistic, couldn't get on with
each other, totally dysfunctional. I took 400 people around their house. I
charged them all five bucks. I gave them an immediate cash gift of $2,000. Wiped
out their immediate debt. I got 400 people around their house. We had people all
up the steps, in the bedroom. We had people standing on the toilet, in the
shower stalls, everywhere. Jammed in. I said at 8:00 we are all going to speak
in tongues for one hour without stopping. After 20 minutes, the husband let out
this bellow, got delivered of an evil spirit. After 40 minutes all the girls got
healed, in fact, loads of people got healed that evening. No one prayed. See, we
had 400 people in agreement, one heart, one spirit, one voice, one mind. That
family has never been the same since. All the guys got jobs, they've all been
healthy, all been givers and it is just outrageous what God is doing through
that family.

TAKING NO PRISONERS THIS YEAR
=============================
We're taking no prisoners this year. We're taking no prisoners. Be creative, eh!
Because you have a year of unprecedented, unparalleled, favor where anything
goes. And the answer is probably going to be Yep, and amen! Fight a good fight,
fight it joyfully, knowing that favor guarantees your victory. In your cell
groups in your homes promote the blessings. Leave nothing untouched. Disciple
one another in how to live in abundance and favor. One person showing another
how to break through. One family showing another how to break through.
Those of us who are leaders pursue this in training.
Let the intercessors get hold of it, let the prophetic people get hold of it,
let the worship people write songs about it. Because the upshot of all of this
is that there will be a total breakdown of the work of the enemy in your
community. And there will be a total increase of the work of God and the
presence of the Holy Spirit in your midst. You'll have favor with the churches,
you'll have favor with the local government. People are going to support your
ministry. You'll have favor for salvation. You'll touch the community and the
ultimate revenge is you'll have a full blown revival in your midst.

NO MORE MEDIOCRITY
==================
This is a year of radical change, but, beloved, it comes with a price. And the
price is this, you cannot go back with mediocrity. You cannot go back with
mediocrity. You can't go back to a poverty spirit. You can't go back to a
Christian life that is less than glorious. You have to sow into the time of
favor. This is the time to give like you've never given before. It's not just
about receiving, it's about over flowing. Give yourself to God, give yourself to
one another. Don't with hold anything from the Lord. Give financially, give your
time, give your energy because you're going to have masses and masses and masses
of favor.
Put yourself in the place where the favor can keep
flowing. Tackle everything with favor. Every single day, every hour of every
day, think favor, think favor, think favor. I'll tell you, you may sow in tears,
but you'll reap in laughter. This is a year of unprecedented, unparalleled,
favor of God. And it's a year of revenge on the enemy. Take full advantage of
all that God plans to do in this next twelve months. And you will be turned into
another man and another woman. Let's pray together.

FAVOR AND BLESSING -- MONTH AFTER MONTH AFTER MONTH
====================================================
Father I bless you. Father I pray that the weight of this word will sit upon us,
month, after month, after month, after month. That we will not be able to escape
the reality of what it is you want us to do. I pray Holy Spirit that you will
not let us drop below a level of faith. Give us wisdom, strength, endurance, to
keep pressing in, pressing in. Because this is the year like unto Israel
entering into Canaan, when the Lord said, I am going to give you cities you
didn't build, you're going to drink from wells you didn't dig, you're going to
live in houses you didn't build and that are full of good things. You're going
to eat from vineyards you didn't plant and this for slaves was like a dream come
true. This is that, beloved, this is that. This is a year when your dreams are
going to come true. This is a year when you think this can't get any better, but
it probably will.

NO MORE OKAY NEWS
=================
This is a year that is going to be too good to be true, but it's going to bring
you right back to a place where you understand what the gospel really means, it
is good news. See, we've been living in "okay news". We have to taste
the good news. And your very life and lifestyle will be a witness to people. The
favor, the smile, the countenance, everything is going to be a witness to people
around about you.
This is the same kind of year that Israel had when they crossed over Jordan. They beat the enemy, pushed him back and they started to live in places, they had only lived in hovels and slept out in the open as slaves in Egypt, making bricks without straw. And now suddenly, they are living in such luxury, they don't know what to do with themselves. In fact God was so concerned for them, He told them to beware. He said beware that you don't forget God when you live in such incredible luxury. Eh? There might be a word of warning in it for us because it is going to be that kind of year. These slaves couldn't believe their eyes. They'd lived in the world, they'd lived in Canaan, they'd lived in Egypt, they'd been in the wilderness, in the desert 40 years and to live in this place, man, is like I had died and gone to heaven. It's that kind of year, beloved. Take advantage.
Father in Heaven, we pray, help us, give us wisdom, give us grace, give us strength. Our inheritance is forming. I pray that not one of us will fall away from the place that you want to bestow upon us this year. That every one of us will enter our inheritance, every one of us will come into our destiny, every one of us will come into our place and our identity. I pray this will be a year like we've never had before in the whole of our life.
Lord I pray that you will get incredible glory from each one of us. That the amount of glory that we exude towards heaven, that our praise will increase, that our spirit of thanksgiving and gratitude will so touch us that you will receive glory upon glory, upon glory, upon glory. And I pray that we will reap a harvest of souls that we can't even imagine right now, that will turn our lives upside down and inside out. In Jesus Name, Amen.
