Ministering Salvation to Homosexuals

Modern science doesn’t have all the answers either, especially when they point away from the word of God. An example of this would be that "homosexuals are born that way." Scientists have found the gene, or so they say. Yet, I don't believe that a loving God makes a person "that way" and then tells them they are going to hell for being "that way." End of argument.
Yes, homosexuality is wrong. The Bible declares it is sin over and over.

And men, instead of having a normal sex relationship with women, burned with lust for each other, men doing shameful things with other men and, as a result, getting paid within their own souls with the penalty they so richly deserved.
--Romans 2:27.

But the only way that we are going to win them to Christ is by loving them into the kingdom. The following verse could be paraphrased: hate sin, love the sinner.

...Hate every trace of sin being merciful to them as sinners.
--Jude 1:23.

Church shouldn't be a place sinners come to get beat up. The church has so wounded the homosexual community because of their sin, and yet we hardly raise an eyebrow at the fornication of our children or the adultery of our pastors and deacons. Judge sin, but don't be a hypocrite!

"And why quibble about the speck in someone else’s eye-- his little fault when a board is in your own? How can you think of saying, 'Brother, let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye,' when you can't see past the board in yours? Hypocrite!"
--Luke 6:41-42.

As a matter of fact, the only rights that we seem to be given to judge are within the church. Here are three scriptures that explain further:

It isn't our job to judge outsiders. But it certainly is our job to judge and deal strongly with those who are members of the church, and who are sinning in these ways. When I wrote to you before I said not to mix with evil people. But when I said that I wasn't talking about unbelievers who live in sexual sin, or are greedy cheats and thieves and idol worshippers. For you can't live in this world without being with people like that. What I meant was that you are not to keep company with anyone who claims to be a brother Christian but indulges in sexual sin, or is greedy, or is a swindler, or worships idols, or is a drunkard, or abusive. Don't even eat lunch with such a person.
--I Corinthians 6:12-13 and I Corinthians 6:9-11.

Well, off my soapbox and back to my point. With few exceptions, most people in the gay lifestyle were targeted by Satan when they were children. Hence the "born that way" thinking. Unfortunately, even Catholic Cardinal Mahony, in a speech given Sunday September 7, 1997, to a group of Gay and Lesbian Catholics, urged the church to accept gays based on the "fact" that they were born that way. I'm urging you to accept them based on God's love for them and his ability to bring them into correction. Paul said, "When with the heathen I agree with them as much as I can, except of course that I must always do what is right as a Christian. And so, by agreeing, I can win their confidence and help them too... Yes, whatever a person is like, I try to find some common ground with him so that he will let me tell him about Christ and let Christ save him."--I Corinthians 9:21-22.

Most homosexuals were physically or sexually abused at a young age. Long before puberty, when a child first becomes aware of their sexuality, they were verbally abused and called gay or fag, sometimes even as young as age three. This gives Satan a huge target to come in and whisper, "See, everybody says you are, so it must be true, you’re gay and your were born that way, you have no choice." These children have never had the chance to think about a person of the same sex before other people are making that declaration for them. Believe me, deep inside every gay sinner is a hurting, lonely child just looking for the true love of a father. You are only adding pain to their pain when you condemn them.

The Word says, He will punish the heathen when they sin, even though they never had God's laws, for down in their hearts they know right from wrong. God's laws are written within them; their own conscience accuses them.
--Romans 2:12-14.

Just love them, that's not the same as condoning their sin. These people have been rejected all their lives. Most of them are open wounds, trying to mask pain with gaiety and flamboyant behavior. They are trying to fill that God-sized hole within themselves with other-shaped things just as some do with drugs or alcohol. Show them the love of Jesus, don't be like the Pharisees who judged. Jesus hung out with the sinners. By all means, don't believe the lie that they can't change, for many have been set free from that bondage. One who found deliverance is now a gifted worship leader and the happily married father of nine children.

To minister the understanding that homosexuality is wrong and therefore God would not have made them that way, read Leviticus chapter 18 with the person. They will say, yes I see it's wrong, but won't really get it the first time they read. Have them read the entire chapter again slowly. God is very specific about ALL forms of sexual sin. Ask them if they see and understand that God forbids a man to have sex with his children or grandchildren. As the person that you are ministering to comes to see that God forbids sex with an aunt or mother or animal, they will quickly see why those sexual relationships are forbidden and slowly begin to grasp that God must have also had a purpose in forbidding homosexual relationships. After this person has firmly accepted Jesus Christ, deliverance from demons may be necessary, as many soul-ties can be picked up from promiscuous activity. Some of the spirits which may need to be addressed are: Rejection, anger, lust, fantasy, masturbation, self-hatred, shame, addiction, deception, pride, suicide, despair.

IT IS IN THE PRINCIPALITY'S INFLUENCE THAT A HOMOSEXUAL SPIRIT STILL HOUNDS YOUR LIFE AS IF YOU ARE STILL MARRIED TO HOMOSEXUALITY. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE OF THE PRINCIPALITY AS YOU HAVE BEEN "JOINED TO CHRIST." THE BATTLE HERE IS THE BATTLE OF FAITH.
Mike's Dream:
Now, I had a dream last night which I wanted to share with you. I've been trying to discern what it means, but I'm not sure. This dream has really bothered me.

Circumstances:
Before I write what the dream was, let me give you a little background on myself. Growing up, I was sexually abused from the ages of 9-13. After this I entered the homosexual lifestyle. About 8-9 years ago, I gave my heart totally to the Lord and He delivered me instantly from this lifestyle.
Praise God! Six years ago, I met a wonderful woman and we got married and have 2 children. The enemy has been coming after my wife and I full force because of the ministry that He has called us to and I wonder if this dream is another scheme of the enemy.

The Dream:
In this dream, I was in a restroom in one of the stalls. Standing over by the sinks was a man whose name is Bob. He was just standing there.
However, in my stall were cowboy boots that he wears. After a few moments a gentleman walked over to me and handed me 2
gifts. His name is Guy. One of the gifts that he gave me was an oversized ring (which looked like a wedding band.) I can't remember what the other gift was. I felt uncomfortable taking this gift because I know that this guy is a homosexual. I didn't want to offend him, so I put the ring on my ring finger along with my wedding band. However, it didn't fit so, I put it on my other hand.

After he left I took off the ring and began to look at it. I noticed that there was a menorah on the ring along with a Hebrew writing and
Japanese writing. On the inside of the ring were several things that had been inscribed. All I remember is that it appeared that I was being thanked for the things that I had done apparently to help Guy. I then
woke up.

Now, the one thing that is interesting is that Guy is someone who works at my company who is a homosexual. Bob is also someone that my wife and I know however we have broken fellowship with him because it turned out that he claimed to be a prophet, which turns out that he was a false prophet. He was very destructive to our family and almost destroyed my marriage. So, I thought it was very significant that he was in my dream.

This dream has really disturbed me and if you could provide any insight, I would be very grateful!

Thank you so much for sharing the relevant circumstances associated withyour dream. You would have read in the last couple of D&V Lists of how Christians from occult, UFO or Eastern Mysticism type background often continue to have spiritual battles with the forces of darkness from such backgrounds in order for them to learn spiritual warfare. Even folks of ancestors or family from such backgrounds can be susceptible to these spirits.

It the same with Christians from homosexual backgrounds. God is in control and He chooses certain ones to battle these forces in order that they learn spiritual warfare. Your dream is revealing to you such a principality of the kingdom of darkness whose domain includes homosexuality. I don't see this manifestation as negative at all. If God has chosen you to teach you to war then you will be a mighty warrior at the direct discipleship of the Holy Spirit. Yield to God's work in your
life and learn that His will might be fulfilled in your life! It is in the realm of the spirit where the battle between the forces of Light and darkness really takes place!

Eph 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of
this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

2Cor 10:3
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

2Cor 10:4
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

2Cor 10:5
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

2Cor 10:6
And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

The character of Bob as you know him gives you some insight into the nature of this principality. He is a deceiver, a false prophet and works to destroy family relationships. His shoes in your stall speaks of the destructive working of his influence and will (shoes) in your life. Many shoes speak of powerful influence - it is thus little wonder that you
have had a rough time! Looks to me like you have done pretty well so far since your marriage is still intact! Give my congratulations to your wife also!

It is in Bob/principality's influence that a homosexual spirit, represented by Guy, still hounds your life [One of the gifts that he
gave me was an oversized ring (which looked like a wedding band)] as if you are still married to homosexuality. This is a blatant lie of the principality as you have been "joined to Christ." The battle here is the battle of faith. Believe in the latter unto the destruction of the former according to the scriptures and you will be really doing well! It doesn't matter about the other gift. Nothing matters in these thing save Christ and Him crucified for us!

1Tim 6:12
Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, where unto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before
many witnesses.

Now, faith also says, "all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose" (Rom 8:28).

The end part of your dream gives us some enlightenment into God's will and purpose in all this! God turned the ring of bondage into a ring of ministry and enlightenment to homosexuals. This ministry is a ministry of the teaching, leading and power of the Holy Ghost (menorah) which will be an International ministry (Hebrew and Japanese writing). Many will be set free and will be so appreciative of your ministry! (I was being thanked for the things that I had done apparently to help Guy)

The late 1990's have been prophesied to be a time of great enlightenment for the churches and dreams such as this one sure enlightens much! Glory to God! I will post this dream and interpretation on the D&V List without your name and address for the edification of the Body of Christ! It will fit in well with the current theme of the Lists.
